Parental Guidance (Six Months Later)

One of my fans asked me to make a sequel for "Parental Guidance" set six months later.  What sort of changes can we expect to see after six months of parental guidance?  Let me know is "the twist" is understandable or whether it's too vague.  I had to struggle with the wording to make it so it isn't predicable.
